Step 3: Preconstruction
In this comprehensive phase, we collaborate with third-party designers and architects to transform your ideas into detailed plans. Together, we’ll finalize layouts, material selections, and finishes while also handling permitting, zoning, and other necessary approvals. Once everything is in place, we present a final project agreement that outlines the full scope, costs, and timeline, preparing us to move into construction. Step 4: Construction
This is where your dream home becomes a reality! Our skilled project managers work diligently to ensure every aspect of your home meets our highest standards of craftsmanship. This app provides real-time updates, schedules, and progress photos, ensuring you’re always informed.
Step 5: Quality Assurance & Final Walkthrough
Before you move in, we conduct a detailed quality inspection to confirm everything is perfect. During the final walkthrough, we’ll familiarize you with your new home’s features and systems, ensuring a seamless transition into your new space.
Step 6: Post Construction
Our commitment doesn’t end when you move in. We stand by our work with a comprehensive warranty aligned with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) standards. Our dedicated warranty department is easily reachable through our website, and we conduct an 11-month warranty walk to address any issues that may arise during your first year of living in your home.
