Our founder grew up immersed in the construction industry, gaining firsthand experience and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and innovation.
In 2008, we officially launched as Superior Renovation Group, focusing on home renovations and helping homeowners breathe new life into their spaces. By 2014, our passion for creating exceptional homes led us to establish Superior Development, a company dedicated to real estate development and home building. Over the next decade, we proudly built and renovated more than 500 homes across Tennessee.
This milestone is a testament to our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the trust our clients place in us. Through every project, our mission has remained the same: to build more than houses—we create spaces where life’s most cherished moments unfold.
